  • Senior citizen discount offered to persons 65 and over, 10% on all services. Not valid with any other specials or gift certificates.
  • We recommend that our guests schedule their next appointment prior to leaving.
  • Our scheduling is designed to allow the correct time needed to complete your spa services. Sessions will begin and end at their scheduled times. Sessions begun late due to client arriving late still end at the scheduled time and will be charged full price.
  • New clients please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment time. Client will need to complete a health history form at time of arrival and update as necessary.
  • Clients should be in present state-of-mind, not under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If the client is currently taking prescription medication, please be aware that spa services can alter the effect of your medication. Please consult your physician prior to your appointment.
  • Sexual harassment is NOT tolerated. The session will be terminated immediately if the practitioner feel his/her safety is being compromised.
  • Utopia Day Spa is a smoke-free facility.
  • We accept most major credit and debit cards.
  • A $25.00 service charge will be added for all returned checks.
  • A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for all spa services to avoid being charged for the service. Emergency cancellations are determined at the practitioner's discretion.
